If you have tried to contact our customer service team recently to make changes to your policy, you may have noticed that we are experiencing a high call volume. This unfortunately is resulting in long hold times. We apologize for the inconvenience and in the meantime, here are a few ways you can reach us more efficiently: 

  1. Log-in to our customer portal – This is the best way to avoid waiting on hold. On our portal you can make a payment, change your payment method, update your contact details, update your draft date, change your beneficiary, and view your coverage details. Not sure how to log-in?   2. Check our website FAQs – Many common questions and solutions are available on our website in the Help Center. If you have questions about payments, click on the "Payments" oval to see a list of common questions. You may be able to find the answer you're looking for much quicker than you think.
